Great value and convenient location. Booked a well-priced hotel with easy access to nearby attractions. The comfortable and tidy rooms had everything needed for a relaxing stay. the tour of Three Bridges was a highlight, with a boat ride offering stunning views of iconic bridges.
Poor housekeeping and breakfast quality. Housekeeping left everything uncleaned and towels unchanged.

Had a great time spending my Christmas holidays in this cozy hotel. Loved the fact that the room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and modern. The location was perfect with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay feel like home.
The breakfast was not included in the room price and was a bit expensive for what was offered. , the room was a little small with limited space for opening a suitcase.

During my weekend stay, I was impressed with the hotel's convenient location just off the motorway, offering easy access to the Forth bridges. The proximity to the airport was a bonus. The rooms provided a good view of the bridges, and the bathroom was clean and well-presented. The staff offered excellent service, and the breakfast options were satisfying. the adjoining bar/restaurant provided a pleasant atmosphere for relaxing.
I did experience some difficulty finding available parking spaces in the evenings, which was a minor inconvenience.
